We issue a written guarantee for the service performed for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the year of production of a given electronic module and on such factors as: mileage of the car, technical condition, type of damage and whether the modul has already been repaired before.
if your electronic module cannot be repaired due to e.g. lack of spare parts or the cost of repair exceeds the cost of your module, then we agree on the further procedure. The most common proposed solution is to buy a second module of the same type and copy the software from the old module to the one purchased. In this way the “new” module will be a Plug & Play copy of the old one.
make sure that the box is made of as hard cardboard as possible. Put bubble wrap around the module in such an amount that the module reaches us safely. If you don’t have bubble wrap, cover the module with crumpled sheets of newspaper. Do not send us the module packed in a bubble envelope. The modules packed in this way reach us with broken plastic and protruding hooks.
In the prepared package, place the form printed from our website with the required information. If you are unable to print our form, please describe the required information on the attached sheet: Return address and contact phone number, info about component (model, engine (diesel / petrol / engine capacity), year of production and what faults (missfunctions) the module has. When the package with the module arrives, we will start repairing it immediately. Statistically, the repair will take 1-2 business days. If there are problems with the repair of the module or its repair cost will exceed the agreed sum, then we will contact you to agree on the further procedure.

Payment for the service can be made by Paypal or by bank transfer to the company’s account. We determine the costs of return shipment before starting the repair and it depends on the country where you live and the selected courier company. EU customers are not charged with the cost of returning the module after repair.
